Air Planning announced that 2025 marked a record revenue year for the company, founded in 1999. “The growth is encouraging and is proof positive that our focus on automation, technology, and improving the customer experience is working,” said Scott Bickford, CEO and co-founder of Air Planning. “This has been a major undertaking that began prior to the pandemic. The team is energized and we are continuing to scale. Seeing our customers coming back year after year while adding new customers is very satisfying and a testament to how hard our staff is working.”

Over the past two years, Air Planning has expanded its footprint in several areas of the large-group commercial air charter sector while maintaining a strong presence in the markets where the company has long been a leader.

“We have achieved approximately 20 percent top-line growth over the past two years by focusing on repeatable and durable revenue rather than chasing short-term trends,” said Aaron Yust, Vice President of Business Development and Sales. “What is particularly encouraging is how much additional growth we can achieve with our existing team and infrastructure.”

Founded in 1999, Air Planning specializes in arranging large-group commercial air charter flights for organizations across a range of industries.
