Logistical Coordination
In order to facilitate a smooth departure, Air Planning can provide an advance team to meet with ground handlers, flight crews, and airport officials prior to each private jet charter flight. A Logistical Coordinator can be available to provide support before and during departure proceedings, including aircraft inspection, terminal and gate preparations, personnel briefings, and any other necessary functions that need to be performed to deliver a flawless departure. FAA certified Ground Security Coordinators are also available to manage the security and screening of single entity charter flights.
